Bank holiday service changes: Monday 31 August

Find out about changes to our services due to the bank holiday. There is no rubbish or recycling collection on Monday 31 August so collections will be a day later than usual.

What you can complain about

You can complain about:

  • services provided or not provided by Children's Social Care
  • the quality or appropriateness of services
  • decisions made about a child or family
  • the conduct of staff or people working on behalf of the council
