Children's social care complaints policy

This policy explains how we handle complaints about children's social care.

Advocacy and support

For more information, if you need any support completing the complaints form, or you wish to speak to someone, you can call our Children’s Customer Care and Complaints Manager on 020 7527 8048. Lines are open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 9am to 5pm.

All children and young people making or considering a complaint will be offered information about advocacy services and help to access an advocate. Reasonable adjustments will be made for disabilities or vulnerabilities, in line with the Equality Act 2010.
