Fees schedules
All applications must be accompanied by the correct fee. The fee payable with your application depends on the type of work being undertaken.

Payment of outstanding Building Regulation fees will be sought from the stated owner of the property as per the application details provided. However, should it be appropriate to submit a commencement notice and alternative payment instructions are provided, then payment will be sought as directed.
Should it be necessary for us to make further enquiries due to non-payment of invoices, fees may increase and additional costs are likely to be passed on to responsible parties.
Completion certificates will be issued subject to satisfactory completion of works in accordance with the building regulations and full payment of fees due.
- Requests to cancel an application will incur a basic fee £125 plus VAT.
- You need to pay a charge of £125 plus VAT per hour, or part thereof, for the time spent on administration of the application and any subsequent review by one of our surveyors.
