Make a duty planning appointment

Duty planning appointments take place over the phone.

Our appointment times are 10am - 1pm, Tuesday and Thursday. General appointments cost £90.88. Appointments relating to energy efficiency, energy reduction and/or micro-generation measures are free of charge.

Once you confirmed submission of your form, the Planning Team will send you an email to confirm the date and time of your appointment
