Who can use WhatsApp
Council tenants living on King Square estate can now use WhatsApp to report repairs. This is part of a new trial.
Why use it
You can report a repair on WhatsApp 24/7 – day or night. You'll get a reply straight away from our AI agent, Matti. You don't have to wait for anyone to get back to you or to pick up the phone.
Report a repair on WhatsApp
- Open the chat on WhatsApp (or add 07889 155 020 to your WhatsApp contacts).
- Start chatting with Matti. You can start with a simple "Hi".
- Tell Matti what needs fixing in your home.
Repairs not covered
You cannot use WhatsApp to report:
- emergency repairs
- repairs in shared spaces
- repairs you are responsible for
- damp and mould – use the online form
