New ways to report repairs

You can report repairs using WhatsApp and an automated phoneline. This is part of a trial.

How to get started

WhatsApp

  1. Open the chat on WhatsApp.
  2. Start chatting with the agent. You can start with a simple "Hi".
  3. Tell the agent what needs fixing in your home.

Automated phoneline

Call 020 7224 3400

Why use them

You can report a repair on WhatsApp or the automated phoneline 24/7 – day or night. You'll get a reply straight away from the AI agent. You don't have to wait for anyone to get back to you or to pick up the phone.
