Report a repair on WhatsApp

Council tenants can use WhatsApp to report repairs as part of a trial.

How to get started

  1. Open the chat on WhatsApp (or add 07915 340 855 to your WhatsApp contacts). 
  2. Start chatting with Matti. You can start with a simple "Hi".
  3. Tell Matti what needs fixing in your home.

Why use it

You can report a repair on WhatsApp 24/7 – day or night. You'll get a reply straight away from our AI agent, Matti. You don't have to wait for anyone to get back to you or to pick up the phone.
