Transfer of premises licence holder
If you wish to take over a premises licence from its current licence holder, you will need to apply for a transfer.
Apply
The transfer fee is £23 and you need to send us:
- a completed transfer application form
- a consent form from the current licence holder or a statement explaining why it is not included (see ‘Useful documents’, below)
- a copy of the current premises licence or a statement explaining why it’s not included.
You need to send a copy of the application and the documents to the police and the Home Office (we will do this on your behalf if you send your application by email or online).
