Turn your life around with support from Bright Lives coaches
About the service
We understand that people can face problems at any time in life that make it hard to cope. The Bright Lives wellbeing coaching service can help you deal with these problems so you can feel better and move forward with your life.
We do this by giving you one-to-one support with an experienced coach. They work with you at your own pace to set goals and help you achieve them. This helps build your resilience and your ability to overcome challenges.
We find the right coach for you, and give you a safe, private place to meet. If you need more help your coach can connect you with other support. This way, you can make new connections and feel more confident about the future.
