Payment system unavailable on Wednesday 13 August, 9.30am to 3.30pm

You will not be able to make any payments online or by phone on Wednesday 13 August, 9.30am to 3.30pm, while we carry out some important work on our payment system.

This means you won't be able to pay for things like parking permits, parking tickets (PCNs), council tax and rent through our website, automated payment line (020 7527 8000) or customer services number (020 7527 2000).

We are very sorry if this affects you. If you must make a payment, please try to do it on another day if you can or after 3.30pm on Wednesday 13 August.

Change your permit address

Have you moved? Let us know so that we can update your parking permit

Make sure your address details are up to date so that you can still use your permit.  

To change your permit address:

  1. log into your parking account
  2. choose 'view my details' under 'my account' on the left'-hand menu
  3. click 'change' to add or edit an address.

Proof of address and vehicle ownership

You will need one proof of address and one proof of vehicle ownership. 

Proof of address

We can accept:

  • council tax, energy, water or landline phone bill dated within the last three months
  • driving licence registered to your current address
  • tenancy agreement
  • Department for Work and Pensions letter dated within the last six months.

Proof of vehicle ownership

We can accept:

  • car insurance schedule document
  • registration document (V5)
  • hire agreement.

If using your parking account, you can upload copies within the system. If emailing documents, make sure that when you scan or take a photo of your documents they can be clearly read and show all parts of the document.
