Would you be interested in joining our resident focus groups?

To help us continuously improve our services we’re looking for residents who would be interested in joining a focus group, or giving feedback via a questionnaire. We really do value your view and welcome all feedback from residents. We will respond to every feedback questionnaire submitted if you leave your contact details.

All focus group meetings will be run via Microsoft Teams or Zoom, at a time convenient for you and by someone who is independent from the service. This will ensure you can provide honest and transparent feedback to enable us to improve our services for you in the future. We offer a gift voucher to say thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. 

The council will only use the information you provide for the specific purpose outlined in this form and it will not be shared with any third parties.
