Due to essential maintenance on our payment systems, you will not be able make any payments online or by phone on Sunday 9 November between 10am to 2pm.

This means you won’t be able to pay for things like council tax, rent or parking penalty charge notices (PCNs) through our website or using our automated payment line (020 7527 8000). 

If you need to make a payment, please do it before or after this time. We are very sorry if this affects you.

We provide an online appointment request service and will contact you by phone within 24hrs Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to offer you an appointment.
